This event took place over the weekend of 14 & 15th November 2016 and provided an excellent opportunity to network and rub shoulders with like-minded food entrepreneurs and to learn some from more established food/ drinks brands. This time I was joined by, long time collaborator Colin from The Food Sauce so we headed off to Pall Mall for Bread & Butter Festival at Institute of Directors hosted by Tara Mei & Jason Gibb

The two-day festival was hand-on interactive content, workshops, six unique zones and a schedule of inspiring must-see speakers who have all been there, seen it and done it. We attended a selection of inspirational talks ourselves from the likes of Patrick Drake (Hellofresh) & Ryan Kohn (PROPERCORN).

The event was very well organized with a wide diversity of entrepreneurs as all you needed to be part of the festival was a great idea or a food & drink business that you wished to move forward.

Their were also people at different stages within their food journey also present those at the idea stage, those just about to launch – as well as those looking to scale up to the next level.

No more feeling alone or feeling like a rabbit caught in headlights this event had it all for guests to go away with and feel even more inspired.

I myself cannot wait for next year’s event as Bread & Butter has allowed us to bring our vision of assisting food & drink brands to life
